  3.                             KEYSAVER TEMPLATE FILES

  5.  KEYSAVER template files always have a single character file name and a ".TPL"
  6.  extension (e.g., A.TPL).  The file begins with a boiler plate string which is
  7.  followed by prompt text.   Each prompt is enclosed in braces  and implies the
  8.  end of boiler plate text.  The template below
